Free supportive counselling available for health care workers and essential workers working on the frontline and in the public during COVID-19.
In response to COVID-19, CMHA Oxford is offering free and confidential short-term supportive counselling for anyone in Oxford County who is experiencing stress and anxiety due to working on the frontlines during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Up to four 1-hour sessions of in person, telephone or virtual mental health support will be offered Monday to Friday.
